Wyview Park
Community
- Wyview Park is for full-time day continuing students at Brigham Young University.
- Full-time day continuing students are students taking at least 9 credit hours as undergraduate students or 2 credits as graduate students.
- During Spring and Summer Terms the credit requirement is 4 credits for undergraduate students and 1 credit for graduate students per term.
- Communities: Wyview Park is available to the 19 & Older Community only. See Housing Guidelines to find out which community you qualify for.
- Tenants of Wyview Park are expected to keep the honor code and maintain the standards of a gospel-centered community.
Room Types

- Apartments at Wyview Park have either two or three bedrooms and one bathroom.
- Wyview Park offers a number of private and shared rooms.
- Each tenant at Wyview Park is provided with a bed, closet, desk, chair, and dresser drawers.
- Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, ironing board, dining table, dining chairs, and seating furniture.
- Rooms come without décor.

- Students should note that the furniture included in the apartment for single students is not shown in this tour.

Services and Amenities
- Wyview Park tenants are encouraged—but not required—to purchase from a wide variety of meal plans to accommodate their dining expenses.
- Wyview Park tenants share a kitchen among three to four tenants.
- Laundry facilities are located in a central building in the middle of the complex.
- A discounted rate is provided when paying with Cougar Cash.
- Free on-site parking is available for Wyview Park tenants that register their vehicle with BYU.
- BYU discourages parking on neighboring residential streets because it causes congestion and inconvenience.
- Facilities include sport courts and large lawn areas. Sports equipment and games are available to check out at the Wyview Multi-Purpose Building.
- Study rooms are available to reserve at the Wyview Multi-Purpose Building.
- Rental payments include gas, water, sewer/refuse removal, and a high-speed internet connection. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
- For internet access, tenants provide their own compatible wireless router and connect it to a BYU network data jack in their apartment.
