All rental payments must be made to the currently billed account.
If married and both spouses are students attending the University full-time, tenants may choose which spouse's account gets billed each month.
If married and only one spouse is attending the University full-time, the full-time student must be the account that gets billed each month to remain eligible to live in On-Campus Housing. See eligibility for more information.
