Rates & Payments
General Rate Information
- Payments are due on the first of each month.
- Late fees are assessed on or after the tenth of each month.
- All Fall-Winter housing and meal plan agreements are set up on a ten-payment plan.
- The first five payments, July through November, pay for Fall and the second five payments, December through April, pay for Winter.

- A $100.00 dollar deposit and a one-time $50.00 non-refundable processing fee are due upon contracting.
How to Pay
Pay your deposit, processing fee, housing, and meal plan charges any of these ways:
- Online (preferred, no service charge): In My Financial Center, open Unpaid Charges, select your charges, choose a payment method, and click Continue. Check your housing and meal plan charges together to pay both at once. Credit cards have no added fee for On-Campus Housing charges.
- Mail: Send a check payable to Brigham Young University to Student Financial Services, 112 ECCB, Provo, UT 84602. Include your name and BYU ID.
- In person: Cash or check at Enrollment Services, 3326 WSC.
- Campus Accommodations can’t take payments over the phone.
