  • The Petition for Agreement Release is for tenants who wish to terminate their current or future housing and meal plan agreements.
    • You can submit a Petition for Agreement Release by going to this link.
  • Financial holds do not prevent tenants from submitting a Petition for Agreement Release.
  • Petitions are sent to a review board which determines the decision on each petition case by case.
  • Campus Accommodations cannot guarantee that Petitions for Agreement Release will be granted.
